Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 10-15 business days after dispatch, while free shipping via EMS takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, standard shipping is £12.95.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally except to some remote areas in Asia and other locations. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
Will my package be discreetly packaged?
Yes, we understand the importance of privacy. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items.
How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
