Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Balcony Bras and Strapless Bras unless they are faulty. These intimate apparel items require special handling to maintain quality standards.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging including all tags.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your return authorization email) using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers: refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations
- PayPal refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to exchange your item for something more suitable. Simply indicate your preferred exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll only pay the difference; if lower, we’ll refund the difference.
